Despite the name, this has nothing to do with coffee. Distilled on a rare Coffey-style still imported from Scotland for unusually fruity and complex flavors, this whiskey is unlike any other we've tasted. Distilled from mostly corn plus some wheat and unmalted barley, this has the round full bodied flavor of bourbon combined with the elegant, balanced style of a Japanese whisky. A staff favorite!
